We have both fresh and frozen delivery options to provide services that fit the specific needs of quick-service chain restaurant, carry out, mom & pop dining, steakhouses, as well as fine dining establishments. Our services extend to all facets of the foodservice industry including: schools, hotels, food manufacturing and co-packing facilities, hospitals, and retailers interested in private label bread varieties.
Sustainability
As an environmentally conscious company, Klosterman Baking Company has earned Energy Star Certification since bakeries were eligible in 2016. Klosterman Baking Company tracks emissions released by our facilities and works to reduce air pollution from our operations. Klosterman’s bakeries meet strict energy performance standards as set by the EPA. The facilities use less energy, are less expensive to operate, and cause fewer greenhouse gas emissions than their non-certified competitors.
