Dale Easdon has served as Chief Executive Officer of Klosterman Baking Company since 2022, bringing more than 35 years of global business transformation to the role. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and takes a hands-on approach to leadership, driving change from the heart of the business.In addition to serving as CEO, Dale was also recently elected as a member of the American Bakers Association’s 2024-25 Board of Directors. In this role, Dale works to grow the commercial baking industry as a whole and elevate Klosterman’s profile in the industry, giving the company a voice in national advocacy efforts, thought leadership, research opportunities, and more.

Chris Chapman, CPA joined the Klosterman team as Chief Financial Officer in March 2024. She has more than 20 years of experience in the finance sector, including 12 years as CFO across various organizations. Chris takes a systems-based approach to leadership, focusing on data to establish best practices and streamline processes.

Chris is a Northern Kentucky native and currently lives in Union, KY. She is affiliated with many local organizations including the NKY Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Chris likes to play golf and pickleball, travel, and attend concerts. She is also currently pursuing her Doctorate of Leadership Studies at Xavier University.

Brian Holmes

Brian Holmes, Senior Vice President of Sales & Strategic Growth, has been a part of the Klosterman Baking Company family for more than 22 years. He has held a variety of roles throughout the sales and marketing departments of the organization, allowing him to bring a great deal of institutional knowledge to his current position. Brian is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and holds a certification in Executive Education from Northwestern University.Brian is a Cincinnati native and graduate of The University of Toledo. Outside of the office, he enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, hiking with his wife and four children, and cheering on his favorite Cincinnati teams.
